A warm, fuzzy distortion straight from the 70s, the Angry Pig is the ultimate lead guitar distortion. Deep inside of this pedal lies a specially chosen transistor, which has the effect of naturally cutting some of the lower guitar frequencies. The resultant tone is a sharper edged distortion which is as useful for metal rhythm as it is for rock soloing. Combined with super-responsive tone and drive controls – as well as a mid boost switch – The Angry Pig will surprise anyone with the array of sounds that can be squeezed out of this little aluminium box.
